What to Expect - Communications Intern (Amundi, Paris, France)

Overview

This global finance firm is seeking a motivated intern to join their Distribution and Wealth Division for a 6-month internship starting July 2026. This strategic, high-growth division focuses on meeting the diverse and evolving needs of third-party distribution clients worldwide. The role offers exposure to both internal and external communications within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update visual communication materials using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
  • Participate in developing external communication content for social media and other channels
  • Communicate division news and achievements through internal channels including intranet and video content, working closely with internal communications teams
  • Contribute to creating and distributing regular internal newsletters
  • Evaluate the impact of communication initiatives and propose improvement strategies
  • Support organization of internal management and strategic events, as well as external delegation visits
  • Provide structured, proactive support to various teams and departments in handling their communication requests

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree (Bac+4/M1) from business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in Finance
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong interest in market finance and client orientation
  • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable French spelling
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design software
  • Positive mindset with curiosity, creativity, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities with initiative-taking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Application Process
