Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities through strategic analysis
• Support transactions from initial evaluation through integration, including participation in operational and strategic initiatives
• Perform due diligence activities and create investment memoranda, presentations, and documentation for internal and external communication
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to build organizational capabilities and processes
• Stay informed on latest industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape developments

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6-month availability commitment
• Experience in Finance Operations, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or high-growth startups strongly preferred
• Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to take responsibility
• Passion for Finance, Private Equity, and Investment Banking
• Sharp analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German advantageous
