Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team in our Coral Gables office. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives within the management company structure. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for the management company. This individual will work closely with the Senior Controller, CAO, CFO, and other finance team members to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the private equity, asset management, or professional services space.
