Au sein de l’équipe, Solutions de financement, la personne titulaire du poste appuie la réalisation des objectifs d’affaires de l’équipe en contribuant aux différents investissements couvrant un spectre allant du financement spécialisé au crédit opportuniste en passant par le capital subordonné.

Elle sera responsable de livrer une analyse fondamentale approfondie et rigoureuse des différents dossiers et de procéder à la modélisation des résultats financiers.

Ce que vous ferez

Appuyer l’équipe dans l’analyse menant à la sélection des dossiers de type financement spécialisé (actifs tangibles, intangibles, financiers, etc.), capital subordonné et crédit opportuniste sur les marchés primaires et secondaires;

Contribuer à la préparation d’analyses financières et fondamentales, et de documents de recommandations d’investissements (sommaires exécutifs), menant à la présentation de recommandations d’investissements auprès des instances décisionnelles;

Contribuer activement à la vérification diligente des investissements, incluant la participation à la recherche et l’analyse fondamentale des projets, de la qualité des dirigeants, des actifs sous-jacents, ainsi que des risques auxquels le projet fait face;

Produire la documentation requise sur les sociétés en portefeuille (fiches de suivi, modèle financier et d’évaluation, cotes de risque internes, etc.); en s’assurant de suivre l’évolution des résultats financiers (trimestriels et annuels) et de prévoir les situations de défis potentiels des dossiers en portefeuille;

Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l’amélioration des outils de gestion de portefeuille utilisés par l’équipe dans ses activités;

Contribuer à toutes autres tâches ou projets connexes de l’équipe.

Diplôme de 1er ou 2e cycle en finance, économie, comptabilité ou toute autre discipline connexe;

D’un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience en investissement ou d'expérience équivalente (incluant les stages dans ces secteurs);

Études reliées au programme du CFA et/ou FRM, un atout;

Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et bases de données utilisées sur le marché financier (Suite Office, Bloomberg, Capital IQ);

Excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. *
