Role Description

A recruitment consultant on the Senna platform is supporting a leading investment platform looking to hire an Investment Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Dubai-based real estate team.
The role provides exposure to a diversified investment strategy across the GCC, spanning residential, logistics, hospitality, office, and alternative asset classes. You will play a central role in executing transactions and supporting investment strategy within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end execution of real estate investments across GCC markets
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate deal workstreams
Partner closely with senior stakeholders on live transactions and investment opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
Assess risk-return profiles and provide analytical input into deal evaluation
Drive origination and sourcing of new investment opportunities
Leverage network to generate proprietary deal flow
Support business development and relationship management across the region

Qualifications

Advanced financial modelling and due diligence capabilities
3-4 years experience across multiple real estate sectors, including residential, logistics, hospitality, office, and alternatives
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in performing Due Diligence processes
Strong understanding of regional real estate dynamics and deal flow
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA preferred
