What to Expect - Private Equity Intern (TW1 Management AG, Zurich, Switzerland)

This finance firm offers an exceptional Private Equity internship opportunity within a newly launched roll-up company. Founded by a team with backgrounds from leading institutions including HSG, ETH, BCG, and Goldman Sachs, the firm provides hands-on experience in private equity investments while working directly on strategic projects alongside the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities through strategic analysis
- Support transactions from initial evaluation through integration, including participation in operational and strategic initiatives
- Perform due diligence activities and create investment memoranda, presentations, and documentation for internal and external communication
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to build organizational capabilities and processes
- Stay informed on latest industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape developments
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6-month availability commitment
- Experience in Finance Operations, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or high-growth startups strongly preferred
- Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to take responsibility
- Passion for Finance, Private Equity, and Investment Banking
- Sharp analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and German; Swiss German advantageous
