Role Description

A recruiter on the Senna platform is partnering with a highly regarded investment group to hire an Associate / Senior Associate into their Investing team. This is not a conventional investing role.

The team focuses on volatility, dislocation, and uncertainty—deploying capital where others hesitate, and converting macro chaos into high-conviction public equity ideas.

Responsibilities

Invest across country crises, corporate dislocations, and periods of market stress
Translate top-down macro views into actionable equity positions
Operate across Emerging and Developed Markets
Work directly with senior leadership on high-conviction investment ideas

Qualifications

4–10 years’ experience in:
Public equities
Special situations
Distressed / credit / event-driven strategies
Strong macro awareness, including:
Interest rates
FX markets
Geopolitics and sovereign risk
Proven ability to generate and articulate investment ideas, not just analyse them
