Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all aspects of assigned project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.
- Coordinate project mobilisation activities and lead the development of project initiation documents, project scope definitions, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Facilitate project progress monitoring throughout all project phases.
- Identify risk areas and structural or immediate obstacles that may impede successful project implementation; take corrective action or escalate as required.
- Manage and review the design and implementation of formal project controls and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to standards and minimise risk.
- Identify key lessons from past and ongoing projects and translate insights into improvement recommendations to support business case development and maintain project integrity.
- Cooperate closely with stakeholders and project sponsors, and manage the development of communication plans to ensure effective information sharing and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management.
- Structured and methodical approach to planning and execution.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess risk and drive informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing project controls and quality assurance frameworks.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
