This global finance firm is seeking a talented individual to join their Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A team for a 6-month internship starting September 2026. Based at their Global Headquarters in Milan, this role offers the opportunity to work on transformational projects in a fast-paced international environment with significant empowerment and growth opportunities from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact
  • Contribute to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Assist in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans
  • Collaborate with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives
  • Provide operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations

Skills & Experience

  • Master\\\'s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
