Overview

A venture capital firm is seeking a VC Investor Intern to join their Milan office starting November 2026. The firm is an Early Stage European VC investing from Pre-Seed to Series B, with offices in Milan and Paris and over €700M assets under management. For more than two decades, they have backed exceptional founders creating globally impactful businesses across Europe, with a focus on B2B and B2C digital solutions, DeepTech and ClimateTech.

This is a 6-month full-time internship opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, hungry to push boundaries, obsessed with building relationships with entrepreneurs, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, candid yet collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, source, contact, analyze, present and support investment opportunities
  • Review inbound investment demands and present them to the team
  • Conduct due diligence including commercial, financial and operational analysis
  • Develop industry expertise within key sectors and provide extensive insights to the Investment team
  • Support automation efforts for manual low value-added workflows
  • Actively expand network within the European startup and VC ecosystem
  • Contribute to the fund\\\'s marketing strategy including goal setting, newsletter, and workshops with portfolio companies

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for technology, startups and understanding of the venture capital industry
  • Analytical, curious, team-playing, autonomous mindset with can-do attitude and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
  • First experience in VC, start-up, or consulting is advantageous
  • Available to start November/December 2026 for 6 months full-time
