Overview

This 6-month internship opportunity within the External Asset Manager team offers hands-on experience in private banking operations at global asset manager. Based in Luxembourg, you will serve as a key point of contact for EAM clients across Europe, supporting the full lifecycle of client relationships while gaining exposure to wealth management, compliance, and administrative processes in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the EAM desk, Relationship Managers, Business Developer, and Team Head in daily operations
  • Process payments ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal procedures
  • Execute callbacks in line with internal procedures and maintain detailed contact reports
  • Manage quality risk reporting to maintain low loss levels
  • Complete administrative tasks and bank-wide initiatives including documentation reviews and EAM annual assessments
  • Reduce pending documentation priorities by at least 30% and minimize new deficiencies
  • Ensure 80% of new account clients complete myLO access forms to improve penetration rates
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy within Salesforce CRM system
  • Update and maintain EAM central files including agreements, fee brochures, and regulatory forms
  • Handle credit card issues and related administrative responsibilities
  • Oversee smooth account closure processes
  • Manage document scanning and accurate database storage
  • Provide timely responses to client emails and queries

Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Strong interest in wealth management, financial markets, and private banking
  • Good understanding of economic and financial concepts
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are an asset
  • Ability to support market order execution and administrative processes
