Overview

This asset management group is seeking a motivated student to join their M&A and Cross-Functional Projects team for a 4-6 month internship starting September 2026. You will work directly with senior leadership on strategic transactions and high-impact projects, gaining exposure to complex financial analysis and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze economic, financial, and market data to support qualitative and quantitative analysis across various projects
  • Participate in building financial models of varying complexity for M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare executive summary presentations for the President, General Management, Executive Committee, clients, and government entities
  • Coordinate due diligence phases and manage internal coordination of diverse projects
  • Support additional projects based on adaptability and performance

Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing Master 1 or Master 2 at a top-tier business school or university with specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control
  • Previous successful experience in strategic consulting, corporate finance, or private equity
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English language skills
