Key Responsibilities
- Participate in executing capital structure transactions for clients
- Support client engagement and project structuring
- Develop financial projections and company valuation reports
- Conduct information research and analysis
- Draft teasers and information memoranda
- Prepare data rooms for transactions
- Assist in negotiations and deal execution
- Maintain direct contact with clients, lawyers, accountants, banks, and investment funds
- Support acquisition advisory and valuation missions
- Travel within France as required
Skills & Experience
- Final year student in a Master\'s level program (business school, engineering school, or university Master\'s degree)
