Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in executing capital structure transactions for clients
  • Support client engagement and project structuring

  • Conduct information research and analysis
  • Draft teasers and information memoranda
  • Prepare data rooms for transactions
  • Assist in negotiations and deal execution
  • Maintain direct contact with clients, lawyers, accountants, banks, and investment funds
  • Support acquisition advisory and valuation missions
  • Travel within France as required

Skills & Experience

  • Final year student in a Master\'s level program (business school, engineering school, or university Master\'s degree)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial techniques
