A rapidly growing investment platform is seeking a Senior Investment Sourcing Specialist to help originate differentiated private market opportunities and strategic investment partnerships globally. This private equity firm works closely with institutional investors, family offices and sophisticated private capital across multiple alternative investment strategies, with a particular focus on high-growth private companies and private market opportunities.

This is a highly relationship-driven role suited to someone with a deep network across the technology, venture capital and private investment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and originate proprietary private market opportunities through direct relationships across the investment ecosystem
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, venture capital firms and other market participants
  • Identify attractive investment opportunities before they become widely marketed
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of actionable opportunities across high-growth sectors
  • Conduct initial qualification and screening of opportunities before presenting to the investment team
  • Provide market intelligence on transaction activity, valuations, liquidity events and broader private market trends
  • Represent the firm professionally within the venture capital and technology communities

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years\' experience within venture capital, growth equity, private markets, investment banking, technology investing or a related field
  • Demonstrable network across founders, venture capital investors, growth-stage companies and private market participants
  • Strong understanding of venture-backed businesses, fundraising cycles and private market transactions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
