Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive financial operations including monthly closings, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning while working directly with senior leadership and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly financial closing processes in accordance with IFRS standards
- Prepare and distribute financial statements to key stakeholders
- Ensure monthly tax compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate annual statutory audit processes and group reporting
- Manage annual tax and transfer pricing compliance activities
- Develop annual financial plans and budget forecasts
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the Board of Directors
- Handle ad hoc financial requests from Board members and CFO
- Oversee treasury functions and cash management
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial reporting and management
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Experience with statutory audit processes and compliance
- Background in tax compliance and transfer pricing
- Proven ability to prepare Board-level presentations
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting
