Overview

This is an end-of-studies internship opportunity within the Marketing team of a global consulting firm, based in Paris. The role offers direct exposure to senior professionals and client-facing initiatives across Europe and, where required, the US. There is a potential pathway to a permanent position upon successful completion of the internship.

The position is available immediately and is suited to a motivated candidate with 1–2 years of relevant internship experience who is looking to develop their marketing and events expertise within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of client events, conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions aligned with business objectives and deal flow generation.
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Monitor engagement metrics, maintain data quality, and support follow-up activities to maximise the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and banker outreach.
  • Market Research & Insights: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovative client engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the Head of Marketing Europe with the coordination of internal and external meetings, client testimonial videos, and ad hoc marketing projects across Europe.

Skills & Experience

  • Master\'s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant internship experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related discipline.
  • Previous exposure to financial services is an advantage.
  • Full fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous personal development.
