- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong written proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Highly creative, autonomous, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Genuine interest in business strategy and advisory work across diverse industries.
- Two or more years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as CBA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus but not required.
