  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos including LBO and cash flow-based lending modeling
  • Draft term sheets and financing offers, and negotiate with equity sponsors, debt advisors, and banks
  • Monitor portfolio deals including follow-up activities and board meeting participation
  • Contribute to fundraising due diligence and fund reporting activities
  • Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • Business school or university graduate, preferably with MBA focusing on corporate finance, accounting, or related subjects
  • Proficiency in cash flow modeling using Excel and advanced knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and company valuation
  • Previous internship experience in leveraged finance, corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services at private debt firms, banks, consultancies, or advisory firms in France or Germany
  • Strong language skills in German, English, and French
  • Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
  • Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • High degree of autonomy and reliability
  • Willingness to travel within Western Europe for business purposes
