Key Responsibilities

  • Support Partners across the Middle East with matter financial management, profitability analysis, billing strategy, and revenue optimization
  • Monitor matter financial performance and provide revenue-related reporting and analysis
  • Drive the timely recovery of outstanding invoices and reduce aged debt
  • Support billing processes, client financial management, and working capital objectives
  • Build strong relationships with Partners and stakeholders to improve revenue performance and financial compliance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Revenue Controller, Working Capital, Billing, or Revenue Management experience within a law firm
  • Strong understanding of WIP, billing, collections, and legal finance processes
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh for candidates currently based outside of Saudi Arabia
