Overview

This is a six-month internship within a capital formation team at the intersection of venture capital and retail investment. The team operates a co-investment platform that has backed more than 250 startups and raised over €150 million for portfolio companies, running approximately 30 deals per year across pre-seed to Series B. The platform serves more than 160,000 individual investors across more than 30 investment verticals, including Climate Tech, HealthTech, Fintech, Deeptech, Mobility, and Edtech, among others.

The intern joining this team will take on a high-impact role: producing the investment documentation that powers each fundraising campaign on the platform. This is a central position in the deal workflow, with output read directly by thousands of investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft investor-facing documentation for each campaign, including pitch materials, one-pagers, and investment offer sheets.
  • Prepare simplified business plans and Key Investment Information Documents (FICI) covering financial and legal dimensions of each deal.
  • Participate in investment committee sessions and contribute to project selection.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Finance & Operations on administrative matters, portfolio monitoring, and fundraising closings.

Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme at a business school, engineering school, or university.
  • Genuine interest in finance, financial analysis, and professional writing.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting business plans.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and curious about the startup and investment ecosystem.
  • A prior experience in financial analysis or consulting is an advantage but not required.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Direct exposure to early-stage deal analysis across a broad range of sectors and business models.
  • A central role in the value chain: the documents you produce are read by thousands of investors per campaign.
  • Rapid skill development at the crossroads of venture finance and entrepreneurship.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.

Application Process

This is a six-month internship based in Paris, France. The start date is as soon as possible, with a latest start of September 2026. Benefits include meal vouchers and 50% reimbursement of the Navigo public transport pass.

  • Stage one: Initial call (15–20 minutes).
  • Stage two: Case study followed by a debrief interview (approximately one hour).
