A fintech company is seeking a Group CFO / Head of Finance to join its leadership team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a senior finance role operating across a diversified investment group with business interests spanning multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
About the Role
This is not a conventional CFO position. The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of businesses covering circular economy and infrastructure, fintech, technology, logistics, and wellbeing. The role requires a finance leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving investment environment and who can both build financial infrastructure and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group finance function across multiple business units and jurisdictions
- Partner with leadership teams across portfolio companies to support growth and strategic decision-making
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls at a group level
- Manage multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial structures
- Support the scaling of businesses across diverse sectors within the group
- Drive financial governance and ensure alignment across the portfolio
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally at group or multi-entity level
- Strong background in fintech and/or project finance
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction financial structures
- Solid GCC market experience, with preference given to candidates with Saudi Arabia exposure
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, investment-driven environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner with business leaders across varied sectors
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
