The Role
An internship position structured to develop professional skills through work assignments and projects of varying complexity. The role operates under supervision of professional staff and is designed to build knowledge and abilities relevant to the operating unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver entry- to intermediate-level professional services under appropriate supervision.
- Participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills relevant to the organization\'s needs.
- Support the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
- Interact with colleagues and internal or external contacts in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional staff.
- Conduct original research and prepare reports including findings, recommendations, or alternative proposals where required by the unit.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to student employees or other interns within the area of specialty, where applicable.
- Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as directed by unit management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- Entry-level knowledge and skill at Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree level within the relevant area of professional specialty.
- ERP knowledge required; SAP functional skills preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Planning skills.
- Competencies expected include: communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, data literacy, computer literacy, and AI fluency at foundational level.
- Demonstrated resilience, quality orientation, and agility.
Education
- Bachelor\'s degree required.
- Master\'s degree also considered.
