Overview

The investment bank is accepting applications for its flagship seven-week intensive training programme, designed to identify and accelerate high-potential talent across the region. Running from 12 October to 1 December 2026 and delivered in person in Dubai, UAE, the programme provides institutional-grade technical training in investment banking and capital markets.

This is not an internship. It is a structured acceleration platform for early-career professionals and final-year students who are serious about building a career in investment banking. Participants will receive rigorous classroom instruction, real-world case simulations, sector deep-dives, and direct mentorship from senior members of the investment bank. The programme concludes with a formal technical assessment and a Certificate of Completion awarded to successful graduates.

Programme Curriculum
