As a recognized player in the European lower midcap market, the firm invests equity tickets of €15-150 million in high-growth potential companies. Since 1997, the Paris office has completed numerous landmark investments in France and Switzerland across four sector specializations: Consumer, Healthcare, Smart Industries, and Sustainable Cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting and identification of new investment opportunities through sector analyses, market studies, competitive research, and target screening
  • Evaluate investment cases through financial modeling, business plan analysis, sensitivity analyses, and preparation of investment memoranda
  • Participate actively in ongoing transactions including strategic, financial, and legal due diligence processes
  • Monitor existing portfolio companies and support ad hoc portfolio-related projects
  • Collaborate with the investment team across all stages of the investment cycle from origination through execution to active portfolio management

Skills & Experience

  • Final year student or second part of gap year from a Grande École (business or engineering) or specialized Master\'s in finance
  • prior experience (minimum 6 months) in M&A, private equity, transaction services, or strategy consulting
  • Excellent analytical and writing capabilities with strong attention to detail and rigor
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance and financial modeling
  • Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken
