A boutique private equity firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Generalist Private Equity team, based in the Middle East. The platform invests across direct investments and co-investments alongside established global sponsors and is experiencing significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute transactions end-to-end, including financial modelling, due diligence, and investment committee materials
- Support portfolio company work across the existing investment base
- Work with direct exposure to senior decision-makers throughout deal processes
- Contribute to co-investment activity alongside leading global sponsors
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or private equity
- Background at a bulge bracket or elite boutique investment bank in a major financial hub, or a combination of M&A and private equity experience from blue-chip institutions
- Strong financial modelling skills and a demonstrable transaction track record
- Willingness to relocate to the Middle East
