Overview
This boutique finance firm is seeking a Tech Fundraising and boutique investment bank;A Analyst for a 6-month paid internship starting September 2026 in Paris. The role offers comprehensive exposure to investment banking operations, focusing on advising technology companies through fundraising with VC and PE firms and boutique investment bank;A transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks and marketing documents for transactions
- Develop financial models and conduct business analysis of target companies
- Manage data rooms and coordinate due diligence phases including Q&A sessions
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and industry analysis
- Support roadshow execution and participate in investor and acquirer meetings
- Assist Partners in identifying and pitching prospective clients
- Manage investor CRM systems
- Contribute to operational processes and workflow improvements
- Support marketing initiatives including events and business development activities
Skills & Experience
- Strong academic background with ongoing or completed master\'s degree from a top Engineering or Business School
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both French and English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong proficiency and genuine interest in finance, technology and business
- Driven, analytical, committed, curious and autonomous working style
- Prior experience in PE/VC/boutique investment bank;A strongly preferred
- Available for 6-month internship commitment (final year students only)
