The Role

The Executive Director - Commercial leads the full commercial function, covering pre-contract cost planning through to post-award delivery. The position is accountable for value creation, cost certainty, and commercial governance across all project stages.

• Strong background in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial contracting
• Familiarity with the Saudi or broader GCC development market is likely advantageous
• Ability to operate at executive level, engaging with senior stakeholders across the business
• Experience building or restructuring commercial functions within a development organisation
