Key Responsibilities

• Execute transactions across IPOs, M&A, and advisory mandates
• Lead financial modelling and valuation work across live deals
• Manage deal execution from origination through to close
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and family office principals throughout the transaction lifecycle

Skills & Experience

• Saudi National status is essential
• Minimum five years of investment banking experience
• CME1 and CME5 certifications are required
• Demonstrated track record across IPO, M&A, and advisory transactions
• Strong financial modelling capabilities
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
• Ability to originate or generate deal flow is advantageous, though not a requirement — a dedicated business development function handles origination
