Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across multiple operating entities.
  • Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning cycles for the operating assets portfolio.
  • Provide financial oversight on new asset openings, ramp-up phases, and the stabilization of operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team supporting the operating assets function.
  • Act as a key finance business partner to executive leadership, delivering insights on revenue optimization, cost management, and capital efficiency.
  • Support investment committee papers, board reporting, and stakeholder presentations related to operating asset performance.
  • Drive standardization of financial processes and systems across a growing and diversifying asset base.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within a private equity firm, responsible for building and running the financial infrastructure, controls, and commercial performance frameworks that underpin a rapidly growing, multi-asset operating environment. The role carries broad ownership across a large, diversified portfolio of operating assets and requires a finance executive capable of operating at both a strategic and operational level.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, with direct responsibility for a complex or multi-entity operating portfolio.
  • Strong technical grounding in financial controls, governance, and reporting across multiple legal or operational entities.
  • Experience leading budgeting and long-range planning processes at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the financial aspects of new asset launches, including ramp-up and stabilization phases.
  • Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Ability to function as a credible business partner to executive and board-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with investment committee and board reporting processes within a private equity or asset-intensive environment.
  • Track record of driving process standardization and systems improvement across a growing organization.
