A global consulting/ law firm is seeking a Senior Project Finance Associate to be based in Riyadh. The role is suited to a finance professional with a strong international law firm background and hands-on experience across banking and project finance transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of project finance and banking transactions in the KSA market.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing documentation.
• Support the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy finance deals.
• Provide legal counsel on transaction risk, regulatory considerations, and deal mechanics relevant to the Saudi market.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties across multi-jurisdictional mandates.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable track record in project finance and banking transactions, with specific exposure to KSA deals.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory and commercial environment.
• Ability to operate at a senior associate level, managing workstreams and contributing to client relationships.
