The Role

A global hedge fund managing over $10bn in AUM is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to its Fixed Income team. The firm runs diversified multi-strategy approaches across both systematic and fundamental strategies. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to the UAE will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Fixed Income relative value, cross-asset volatility, or macro strategies independently.
• Operate within the firm\\\'s risk framework while maintaining a clearly defined and replicable investment process.

Skills & Experience

• Proven, live, and scalable strategies in Fixed Income RV, cross-asset vol, or macro.
• Demonstrable track record of consistent profitability, ideally generating $20m or more in annual PnL.
• Prior or current experience at a multi-strategy hedge fund or proprietary trading platform.
• Strong risk discipline, execution capability, and process clarity.
• Sub-PMs or senior traders with a clearly defined, replicable approach ready for independent deployment will also be considered.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
