The Role

This is an administrative and operational support position within the Investments Department of a global real estate company, based in Dubai. The role reports to and supports the Chief Investment Officer, as well as the broader Investments team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CIO and Investments team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical requirements for the Investments team.
• Maintain and organise departmental records, keeping documentation current and accessible.
• Support the team in preparing reports and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with tracking expenses, invoices, and monthly credit card reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team members to support the execution of investment-related processes and initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and responses.
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.

Skills & Experience

• Degree from a recognised institution.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in investments or a related field.
• Prior experience providing administrative or operational support within an investments or financial services environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
