The Role

A real estate private equity firm is hiring at the Associate or Senior Associate level to support investment underwriting, development feasibility, and financial modelling. The focus is on residential and hospitality assets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.
• Conduct development feasibility analysis on residential and hospitality assets.
• Build and maintain financial models for transactions and development projects.
• Evaluate opportunities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in real estate investment underwriting or development feasibility.
• Strong financial modelling skills relevant to real estate transactions.
• Exposure to residential and/or hospitality asset classes.
• Familiarity with GCC real estate markets, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.
