The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site acquisition for new store openings across Saudi Arabia
• Conduct market feasibility assessments for prospective locations
• Perform trade zone analysis to evaluate site viability
• Negotiate leases for new sites
• Oversee management and optimization of the existing property portfolio
• Maintain landlord relationships across all operating locations
• Ensure lease compliance across the portfolio
• Monitor and manage property costs to maintain cost efficiency
