The Role

The global non-profit organisation is hiring a Strategy & Impact Senior Director based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position leads the organisation's corporate strategy, organisational performance, development impact, innovation, organisational excellence, and knowledge management agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy development and execution.
• Oversee organisational performance management.
• Drive the development impact agenda.
• Lead innovation and organisational excellence initiatives.
• Manage the knowledge management function.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 8–10 years in senior leadership positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Finance, International Development, Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, Balanced Scorecard Professional, Prosci, EFQM Assessor, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong strategic leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and complex institutional initiatives.
• Experience with development organisations, financial institutions, government entities, or international organisations is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
