The Role

The corporate finance team is hiring a Director, Finance & Asset Performance for Film Studios, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers financial management and asset performance oversight for film studio facilities, with a focus on utilization and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for film studio assets in line with corporate goals.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance to identify opportunities to improve utilization and financial returns.
• Develop and implement financial models and reports to support decision-making and planning.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize asset management and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and asset value.
• Lead and mentor a team within the finance function.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in finance, asset management, or related fields.
• Experience in film, media, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
