The Role

The consulting firm is hiring a Business Development & Operations Senior Associate based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers both pipeline development and operational delivery, spanning proposal work, public sector opportunity identification, government client relationship management, and project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Proposal Management

  • Track public sector market trends, government procurement portals such as Etimad, and RFPs aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Draft and structure technical and financial proposals, pitch decks, and financial models for senior leadership review.
  • Build and maintain networks with stakeholders across government and semi-government entities.
  • Support the full-cycle sales process, including research for client meetings and assistance with negotiations.

Operational Execution & Project Delivery

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for awarded advisory projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones meet quality standards.
  • Work with delivery, legal, and finance teams to support the transition from proposal win to project execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks or compliance risks in government engagements and propose practical solutions.

Market Research & Performance Tracking

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor landscape, customer demographics, and emerging advisory frameworks.
  • Maintain business development pipelines, track project KPIs, and prepare regular progress reports for management.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, operations, or advisory within management consulting or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience handling government client engagements, RFP processes, and public sector projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is required.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
