The Role

This is a Relationship Manager position within the Commercial Banking division, based in Sharjah. The role sits within the Retail Banking Group, which serves retail and micro-business customers across conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and conduct wallet exercises to cross-sell the full product suite.
• Facilitate client onboarding to achieve assigned targets and secure profitable transactions.
• Build and maintain client dossiers capturing current and future client needs.
• Advise clients on new solutions, developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Obtain reports from support units and prepare credit applications.
• Report on client risk profiles and update approving authorities on any changes.
• Adhere to organisational and departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum four years of experience in a commercial banking environment.
