This position sits within the corporate finance team in Dubai and covers group-level strategy and corporate development at VP grade.

The Role

The VP, Group Strategy & Corporate Development works closely with senior leadership on enterprise-wide strategy initiatives, growth opportunity evaluation, and corporate development activities. The role also involves producing data-driven analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the group's strategic agenda.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across the business.
• Support corporate development activities.
• Produce data-driven insights for use in executive decision-making.
• Work directly with senior leadership on strategy initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Experience operating at VP level or equivalent in a strategy or corporate development function.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders on complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of producing data-driven outputs.
