A global asset manager is building out its international investment offering from the ground up — beginning with US real estate and private equity, with plans to expand across asset classes and geographies over time. This is a platform-building mandate reporting directly to the CEO, with end-to-end ownership of the build-out from day one.
The role does not require relocation to Riyadh. The selected candidate may work remotely from any GCC country.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and build relationships with tier-one international general partners, and negotiate commercial terms to bring their strategies to the regional market.
- Lead investment and operational due diligence on prospective managers and funds.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from initial conversation through investment committee approval, launch, and ongoing management.
- Build the regulatory and fund structuring framework required to deliver US real estate and private equity strategies to regional investors in a compliant, tax-efficient manner.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in asset management product development, fund structuring, manager selection, fund-of-funds, or alternatives distribution.
- Private equity and real estate experience is essential.
- CFA and/or CAIA designation strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with GCC or Saudi market dynamics and CMA regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
- Cross-border US structuring exposure is highly desirable.
